Do you guarantee the quality of your photos and canvas prints?
Yes! Quality is very important to us - in terms of both high product standards, and customer service. We want you to enjoy your purchases! If any of our photos do not meet the specifications we set out on this website, we will refund the cost of your purchase (less any postage and handling charges). Of course, we cannot make "change of mind" refunds.
What size picture frame do I need for my frame-ready prints?
Each print is set in a wide, laser-cut mat on a light foamcore backing. Prints are available in two sizes:
Medium: 8"x12" (200 mm x 305 mm) to fit frame 12" x 16" (305 x 402 mm)
Large: 12" x 16" (305 mm x 402 mm) to fit frame 16" x 20" (402 x 503mm)
Why are the photos on this site in low resolution? The photos on this site are presented in low resolution, with our web address "watermarked", for copyright reasons. Actual canvas prints and photographs purchased are high quality, high resolution, without watermark.
How do I pay for my order?
You can purchase our canvas prints and photos with Visa, Mastercard, or even cash! - at any of our market stalls in the ACT and southern NSW, or via our website using the secure PAYPAL system - see Place an Order for details.
How is my order delivered? Are there delivery charges? We deliver free of charge in the Australian Capital Territory and Queanbeyan. Deliveries of canvas prints and frame-readies to other Australian and overseas destinations are made by Courier. Courier charges in Australia are A$15; slightly more for overseas orders.
How long does it take to receive my order? If your item is in stock, it will be delivered in the ACT or Queanbeyan within three working days of confirmation of your order. Please keep in mind however that as many of our canvas prints and frame-ready photos are made-to-order, it will usually take up to one week for frame-ready photos, and up to two weeks to produce, complete and deliver your canvas print order - but you will be delighted with the result!
